This is a very newly built shopping center with many restaurants and boutiques. Also, there is a cool courtyard here where they have trivia and other events throughout the year. Great spot to check out!

Downtown Bryan is Awesome! It is a great place for the family, a date night, or a group of friends going out together. There are great restaurants and shops, as well as a few concert venues, a brewery, and old movie theatre. They also have a speakeasy at the bottom of Stratford Hotel (let me know if you want the details).

Downtown Bryan is Awesome! It is a great place for the family, a date night, or a group of friends going out together. There are great restaurants and shops, as well as a few concert venues, a brewery, and old movie theatre. Some of the best burgers in town! A local owned and operated business! Also, don't get distracted by their burgers too much as they have some of the best wings in town!
