Their menu offers a high standard traditional pub food spread, including Buffalo and elk burgers. Their second location, Tank 310, is their brewing facility and offers tours, tasters, and a gift shop. We recommend trying the sampler, then taking home a growler of your favourite brew.

This 4km return trail offers an easy or a harder route (seasonal closures of the difficult route in winter months). The top expands into a small trail circling crystal clear lakes and impressive rock faces. This is a perfect spot to have a snack and explore the caves and petroglyphs. Often you will see roped climbers challenging the established routes below the shadowy north face of Ha Ling Peak. We recommend enjoying this family friendly day hike in the morning hours as it offers the best light and brings out the vibrant turquoise colours of the lakes. Our family tradition is to enjoy beverages at the famous Bagel Co after our hours in the fresh air.

Located up the Spray Lakes road, just past the Nordic Centre, this trail head is only a few km drive from town, making it easily accessible with lots of parking. No park pass required. This 4km return trail offers an easy or a harder route (seasonal closures of the difficult route in winter months). Alberta 742This challenging hike offers no shortage or rewarding views of the entire Bow and Spray Valley. From the summit you can see the townsite of Canmore, as well as the Spray Lakes, the east end of the Rundle Range, the Goat Range, and well into Kanansakis country.
This newly renamed and newly redone trail is 3.9 kms to the summit, with 2430ft of elevation gain. Be prepared for steep terrain, scree scrambles, and high winds above the tree line. If you are in the mood to work for this reward, it is well worth it. Be sure to bring your camera, this is a day you will want to capture.
