The Tres de Febrero Park is the heart of the Bosques de Palermo. Filled with beautiful trees and a fenced rose flower park, this park is a sanctuary hidden in the middle of Palermo Chico's two busiest avenues. Either in need of exercising or breathing in fresh air, this park is perfect for a quick getaway from the weight of a big city like Buenos Aires. It's also got a strip of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and ice cream stands sitting beneath an elevated brick-built train rail. Stop for a coffee and a croissant at Le Pain Quotidien, a beer at Avant Garden, crêpes at Santa Crepa, or have a light colorful lunch at Möoi. Perfect to relax on a sunny, hot afternoon under the shade of a bouquet of trees!

The dishes are all delicious, though on the small and (most definitely) expensive side. Should you not be in the mood for dinner, this place has an elegant bar with special cocktails worth the try. Book your reservation a couple of hours in advance.

Found on the Costanera strip along with other good restaurants like Gardiner, Happening is one of my steakhouses in Buenos Aires. The service and food are both very high quality. You'll be fine dining for sure. Reservation is recommended.

Found a bit far from Palermo Chico, Nueva Casa Japonesa is perhaps the most authentic and delicious Japanese restaurant for genuine ramen or other Japanese delicacies. The place itself also feels like it could be realistically found in Tokyo without trying too hard. If you're in need of good comfort food during a rainy day this place is a very good choice.

Just be wary that you must know the password in order to be allowed in! You'll be able to deduce it from their Instagram account- they often have clues (and they're not the hardest).
