Redcastle ruin is less than a 10 minute beautiful walk from the cottage. We currently have 2 pigs in the old gardens below the castle. You are not able to enter the castle ruin but you will get spectacular views from the grounds around.

Lachie from Buchie’s fresh fish van!
Lachie bases himself in the nearby village of Muir of Ord selling delicious fresh scallops, halibut, haddock etc. He is there between 1pm and 5pm on a Friday infront of the old Tarradale hotel in Muir of Ord a 5 minute drive away.
