The Hivernage neighborhood, where Concept Style Studio is located, is 15/20 minutes drive to/from airport depending on traffic, sometimes even less if traveling early morning.
This part of the city is known for parks and pedestrian friendly. My favorite walk is along the main Avenue of Mohammed 6, on a clear day you will see the Atlas Mountains, and if you’re lucky snow on peak on winter season.
The Medina or downtown is 15/20 minute walk away, if you’re interested to wander and explore the 1000 year historical part of the city. There’s so much to see, including the beautiful iconic tower of Koutoubia Minaret, Museums, and historical sites, and above all shopping haven inside the bustling streets of the Medina.
My favorite coffee shops around the property are Karma, which is great for its coffee, and Cafe News which is great for hanging out.
If you are a night owl, you are most definitely in the right neighborhood. Hivernage is reputed to be a platform for a nightlife venues. My recommendations are Factory’z, Palais Jad Mahal, Lotus Club, Épicurien, So Club, and VIP room. Bear in mind those places allowed smoking inside.
Plenty of choices of restaurants in the quarter of Hivernage, amongst the best known are: Le Comptoire, MOD Milano 1933, Lotus Club, and many more.
