I don't really (my opinion is their coffee is low quality) but others like it or live by it, and so if you are one of them then you'll have the convenience of its corner location.

Authentic Brasserie on John just off Broadway that used to be manned by chef-turned-TV-star Anthony Bourdain. Consistently terrific in terms of food and service. It's our local.

Nice bar/restaurant right next door, food is ok but there are better meals within a few blocks radius. This is more for the drinks and ambiance.

Delicious gyros, greek salads, greek yogurt and other items on offer. Very nice taverna-style ambiance. All that's missing is the greek frappe to top off the meal (but we have that at our place!)
