It's a non-profit that not only trains at-risk youths but is also really, really good. The kitchen chefs are mostly local and have a wealth of experience to pass on...and you are the beneficiary.

A St.Thomas institution...located in nearby Frenchtown, this tiny, dimly-lit bistro/wine bar has great service and always an interesting modern menu. Sometimes the owner or the chef will parade a giant mahi-mahi or a wahoo through the restaurant just purchased from the fish house right next door. Be patient, have another glass of wine and wait for the chef to tell your waiter how he's preparing it!

You saw this beautiful, unspoiled beach dotted with a few sailboats just before you landed out of the left side of your plane. Jump on a $1 safari and head for the University where it's just across the street. Find the old wooden pier there for awesome snorkeling with lots of friendly fish!

Daily farmer's market a few minutes away. Saturday is the big day for fish you've never heard of, spiky fruit, odd-looking vegetables and ladies selling traditional plantation era dishes. Delicious!

Sitting high up on a ridge overlooking famous Magen's Bay with the Atlantic Ocean in the background. Before you take the roller coaster of a ride down to Magen's, this is the spot to take some pics and short vids. Local lore has it that Drake had some of his men bury some looted booty somewhere around here...and then killed them!

Not only is it a really fun place with cheap and really good build your own burgers...it's also as close as you can possibly get to the new generation Oasis class mega cruise ships!
