The sandpiper serves breakfast and lunch. Everything we have ordered has been amazing and the service is always great. I recommend any of the waffles and the crab benedict.

Today was my first time eating at zereldas and it was everything I had heard it was. The food was fantastic and filling. It fills up quickly so get there for an early lunch.

When craving pulled pork or a burger you cant do better than pucker Wilson's. The food is awesome. They have 2 locations, year round in the valley on Crest street, and during summer months downtown. A great place to fill your belly after going on a hike or shopping downtown.

This is our favorite mexican place. It is located downtown and has the best food. The servers are fantastic. We have eaten here several times and my always enjoy it, even my husband who isn't a huge mexican food fan.

I recommend everything from the favorites section of the menu. I have tried them all and was never disappointed. Also, the duck fart shot is worth a try.

Sightseeing
Mendenhall Glacier is a must see for anyone visiting Juneau. It offers many hiking trails and they are all beautiful. A good one for families with even small children is the nugget trail. It's easy enough for all ages.

I have never skied in my life so I cant say how the skiing is although I've heard it's great. I have been there in the early fall and hiked around a bit. Its gorgeous.
