in berlin you have everywhere latenight shops. unfortunately the government decided that they have to close on sunday.
some of them luckily found a way to stay open. So our late night shop at the corner. after 1 pm on sunday you can ring at the bell and they usually open the door for you

Rixdorf is just a 5 min Walk from my place and the old city from Neukölln. In the center of the square is a historic blacksmith's shop of the kind still common in the south of the country, a small group of slightly warped medieval-looking houses, somewhat squat and with low-hanging tile roofs.
All around are the obligatory cobblestone streets, a few nice cafes, a jewelry workshop, a bookstore, and the old carriage store. Time has stood still a bit here, and that's what I like so much about Richardplatz: it feels like a vacation from the city.
