Cheonggyecheon (Stream) runs through the downtown and is called as the oasis of Seoul. It is the resting place for tourists and citizens. Cheonggye Plaza is the entrance to Cheonggyecheon (Stream) and there is a candle fountain and two-tier waterfall that descends into a pond 4 m below. It presents a picturesque view at night with light and water. The miniature of 22 bridges and the whole sections of Cheonggyecheon in the scale of 100:1 is also worth seeing.
