This is the local Fishmonger, and sells the most excellent range of fresh fish and seafood in the area, along with selcted fresh and cooked meats and cheeses - plus herbs, spices and sauces.
Sandy's is a tresured, local instituition where you can source anything food orientated, from oysters and crab in the summer through to pheasant and turkey in the winter. Definitely worth a visit!!

Drinks & Nightlife
This is actually a Hotel but it also happens to have a lovely bar and resturant which is open to anyone off the street, and is the closest bar to the property - so convenient if you dont wish to drive.
In the summer it serves great burgers from a van permanently parked outside, while in the winter months it offers a wide selection oif cuisine and excellent roast dinners.
It is conveniently located on the road into Twickenham (5 mins from my house) , has a bus stop outside that can take you on into Twickenham or Richmond, and offers wonderful views of the River Thames and Radnor Gardens...

This one is not a walk away but rather a car journey, or you can jump on the R68 bus towards Hampton Hill - it will take you right outside the shop.

The produce is of a very high standard and is reflected in the sightly higher prices when compared with some of the other local convenience stores. You will need to drive (there is a large car park right next door) or take the R68 or 33 bus into Twickenham.
