Bar
A visit to Park City isn't complete without a visit to the No Name Saloon on Main Street. Make sure you go through the bar to the stairs at the back, and then up the stairs to the roof top bar. This is a great spot to spend a summer/fall afternoon with views up and down historic main street.

Beautiful indooor/outdoor restaurant directly across the street from the condo. Head out the back door and across the golf course for a short cut, and take the glass lift up to the first level where you will see the Silver Star Cafe. Don't miss seeing the old mine tunnel in the Windermere Real Estate office near Silver Star. It will take you back in time to the old days of mining in Park City.

When I come to Park City once a year my first stop is the Flying Sumo sushi restaurant for their speciality dish Tokyo Nachos. I dream about it all year!

Hiking/Biking
This is the closest trailhead to the condo and it will not disappoint. Head up the trail from the Silver Star cafe, and turn right onto Armstrong trail. For a great 6k circuit, take Armstrong to Dawn and then back down to Silver Star. For a longer hike take Armstrong to Ham where you will enjoy views across the Park City ski trails. For the more adventurous, continue up from Ham to Mid Mountain trail where you can take all day hikes either to Canyons (25k) or to Deer Valley (15k).

Sightseeing
This is a wonderful day trip from Park City during the warmer months. It is a short 1.5 hour drive from Park City to Sundance, and then continue past the Sundance Resort to the Stewart Falls trailhead. It's a moderate but very scenic 6.7k hike (up and back the same way) to the falls. Good for the whole family.

If you are looking for a scenic drive, then Guardsman Pass is not to be missed. About 30 minutes from Park City, the views are staggering. This is a must do when the leaves are changing colour in the fall. Take a little picnic and find a spot to sit and soak in the view. It is postcard perfect.
