In addition, a great annual natural spectacle, in the spring, Tarpons arrive like clockwork in April-May, and if you walk 5 minutes out on the bridge, when the Tarpons have arrived, you will see them stacked by the 100s, all against the current, hunting. These are large 75-100 lbs monsters, it is a sight to be seen.

Sunrise and sunset at the jetty
The jetty is located only a couple minutes walk from you rental unit. A paved walkway takes you through the mangrove forest out to where the jetty opens a fabulous view of the ocean.
