Our state capital is a little under a 2 hour drive away. Exploring the state capital building, visiting the historical museum the street from the capital, taking a trolley tour of town, digging for sapphires, or catching the Gates of the Mountains boat tour on the Missouri are some of many activities.

These markets are held in Caras Park in late spring and summer along the river and downtown within a few blocks of one another. Fun to explore and a good place for grabbing breakfast and a coffee/tea/lemonade.
