I chose to kayak down the red river and I am far from experienced but it was amazing fun. The water was relatively calm and predominantly shallow. A few good areas that are noteworthy such as the cave and the historic areas.

I enjoyed just doing a little site seeing. You can get some decent steps in and see a little bit of the wildlife.
