The pizza menu will blow your mind and the the pizza is even better. on busy nights you could wait a bit to have your pizza delivered so don't be too hungry when ordering as it could take up to 45 (it is still worth the wait!)

This hike is a 5 min drive down Johnstone Road or a 15 min walk to trail head. It is steep but well worth the view. Depending on your ability, the hike is 25 mins - 45 mins straight up. If you are feeling fit, continue another 45 up to the Flag pole.

A 42 KM old railway bed is now a popular trail for runners, bikers, xcountry skiers and even mum's with strollers.
There are a few locations that get you to the parking lots. Mountain Station is the most popular with a paved parking lot and closest to our house is Svoboda Road. You can follow this trail heading north to Troupe Beach (5KM) or head south and admire Nelson along the way. The trail can be busy which is good as we sometimes get bears too. You will also find many bike trails crossing the main trail.

A beautiful piece of Nelson that is just off the highway. the lake is the perfect place to hangout at after a bike ride or the perfect place for a fire in the winter after a long xcountry ski. if you are lucky, the lake freezes and is perfect for ice hockey

This is the only spa I visit cause the service is amazing and the place is beautiful. You will need a to make an appt for all services as a walk in is quite difficult. The perfect place for group pedi's and mani's. And they are licensed which means you can enjoy a glass of champagne while getting your toes done
