Donde Gaston on oceanside, great terrace, good food but pricey
La Choca, on main street Carlos León, must buy great baguettes on tiny side bakery.

Sightseeing
The best seaside trail in the area, must walk it short is from long main beach to Las Cujas beach. Long follow all the way to an exit stairs near El Pangue, absolutely worth the ocean views, gardens and sea fronting houses. A LOCAL MUST !!

Historical local family owned supermarket "lo Vasquez"at about 150 meters from the house, adequate selection, conveniently located and supports locally owned business.
Emporio Cachagua is a "chock full of nuts" of a delicatessen place, also conveniently located in a small strip center about 150 meters from the house.
Montes is local store of a well know wineyard, across the street from Lo Vasquez supermarket.
Several other small cafes, pizza place "Tio Tomate" and other small places in the same area.
