A must if you are coming to Byron for the first time. As it is the most easterly point in Australia its worth the early morning wake up to head up there for sunrise. pack a thermos of coffee and some pastries and have a breakfast picnic on the grass. Also this is a great place to try and spot a whale in their migration between May and November.

Its worth the wait. if you are in a hurry the sister cafe Leaf and Grain does amazing quick options and takeaways and the same delicious coffee.

Parks & Nature
A little bit of a drive out of town but its where the locals go. a lovely beach with a bit more breathing room. My little ones love playing in the rocks and pools at the end and there is a beautiful walk over the headland. So beautiful that many of the photo shoots in town happen here.
