Pretty bohemian place where there`s a fleamarket in weekends, once a week tibetan bowl meditation, yoga and at night time there`s gigs.

There is few asian restaurants and few terracebar with awesome seaview. Nosturi where they have rockgigs and Teatteri Toivo, yoga and different companies like Kinos Rentals Oy which is the place where I work at the moment. A place worth seeing!

On the area there is few good bars and restaurants. On summertime they have gigs and different kinds of festivals in the area. Nice funky drinkbar is The Helsinki Distiller Company.

Propably the closest nightclub from my place. Small place where they have karaoke and a dancefloor. Basic drinks and beers and pretty mainstream music. Not a fancy place, but fun if you`re tipsy enough.

If you`re in the center and feel like karaoke. Go to Anna K and hear the most played finnish songs. For me at least it`s sometimes fun to visit karaoke bars where the atmosphere is pretty easy compared to other bars. This place is pretty crowded usually, but maybe has the best singers.

Old Built in 1928, Yrjönkatu Swimming Hall is the oldest public swimming hall in Finland. The architecture of the building is historically and artistically noteworthy, representing a fine example of Classicism. here are separate swimming sessions for men and women, with bathers having the choice of whether to wear a swimming costume or not. The option to wear a swimming costume became available from September 2001. On the second floor you'll find a steam sauna as well as wood and electrically heated saunas. Between swimming and sauna on the 2nd floor you can relax in your own cabin and enjoy the delicious menu of Café Yrjö.
