Getting Around
This! Saaristokuljetus is the best and probably cheapest way to experience the archipelago! The small boats takes summer guests to island cottages but I've taken the Hakaniemi - Vuosaari boat trip only to enjoy the sea. 1h 45 min trip with end station in Vuosaari by the beach. Metro can then take you easily back home. Price is around 10 euros.

Go to the small Yrjönkatu swimming center's second floor for around 15 euros - get slippers, towel, bathrobe and enjoy different saunas and swimming pool. Have a beer or something small to eat. You can have your swimsuit on, but most of the people are naked. And yes - it's separated by days for women and men :) Women on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Notice! Closed during summer times!
