Food Scene

This is a completely dog friendly establishment, so we go there as often as possible, it gets very busy at weekends. I love the afternoon tea, not the cheapest in Brighton however it feels very special. It has a large selection of teas and the bacon and brie toasted sandwiches are extraordinary.

Another independent dog friendly establishment who make a great coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming and make a well filled bacon sandwich, the cakes are good too. One of Flora's favourites.

Watch the world go by, if it's not raining, in the heart of the Pavilion Gardens, Brighton, sometimes there's street entertainment thrown in. Tables get busy and are jealously guarded.

It's dog friendly, what else! It's not the cheapest however it falls into the quirky category and is most definitely not for the chain store enthusiast. It's hidden away and you feel like you've discovered a secret.

It's right on the seafront so the views are great. It does a great lunchtime menu and a mean Sunday Roast, however it may be best to book as it gets busy with the regulars. Dog friendly too.

Drinks & Nightlife

This is a recently discovered little venue that is a bar but also serves coffee, tea and cake throughout the day. It has a steam punk theme and some interesting decor, check out the mirrored wine cellar. Oh and it is also dog friendly. On Tuesday evenings there's a ukulele jam!

Shopping

Another dog friendly establishment where you can browse the weird and the wonderful over two floors. Furniture, jewellery and a host of other curios and nick-nacks that you didn't know you needed or had forgotten you'd owned.
