Burray has a lovely friendly community spirit often hosting local events, it has some great beaches and walks with spectacular views around the coastline where much of Orkneys wildlife can be seen, dolphins, orcas, seals, basking sharks have all been sighted not to mention the birdlife that can be viewed in our garden, oyster catchers, curlews and the rare female hen harrier have all paid us a visit.
