There is a footpath directly in front of the townhouse with a gate. You can quickly walk to Monastiraki, Plaka, and Syntagme from here as well as the famous Ermou shopping area

Jaqueline De Romilly Playground
Just to the left of town house at about 100m is this playground. It is suitable for babies until age 10. It has swings, slides, and seating area for adults. Great view of Acropolis!

Please ensure you bring the correct adapters for your travels to charge your devices. I usually bring a charging tower with me which is super helpful when I travel 😊
