Our personal fav, walkable from our house. Always a good crowd. Delish, healthy cooking. Try the Green & Grains Bowl with Salmon, it never disappoints. Plus their HG Mule uses home brewed Ginger kombucha, it is the best in Dallas. Tip: Their Roof Top doesn't serve full menu but is really nice for a sunset beer.

Our favorite place to walk to for breakfast and lunch items. The two menu favorites are the Loaded Sweet Potato Fries, and the Gluten Free Chicken Fried Steak. Mimosas are $4 on the weekends and are a good sized pour.

We were just introduced to this place for brunch. It was a delicious buffet with made to order omelettes, and all drinks included, yep even lattes and mimosas. Highly recommend this place for brunch. It feels like a secret spot because it is tucked away inside a large building and a breezeway.

This is bar, small restaurant, and a rotating food truck scene. Truck Yard serves philly cheesesteaks and ice cream, and the food trucks offer whatever else. Very unique decor, treehouse, and lots of outdoor seating.

Great place to take in some fresh air, go for a bike ride, or jog, have a picnic, and watch the sunset. There is a paved trail all the way around the lake. Not the best for rollerblades because its not smooth. But good for all else. The lake also has rentals for kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards.
