City/town information

Kyriaki village is ideal for those that want to relax and enjoy nature all year round. A village of Boeotia, built in a green landscape surrounded by fir trees, at an altitude of 720 meters, on the northwestern slopes of Mount Helicon and very close to Athens just 133 km - about 1,4 hours by car. Worth walking to admire its authentic beauties, such as the main square with the church of John the Baptist and the old plane tree, but also the old church of Panagia. Higher up in the narrow streets is the stone fountain that used was the main source of water supply in the old times. At the most vibrant and alive village in the whole of Elikonas, you can enjoy local delicacies such as hylopites, trachana, wine and oil. You will find most cafes, bars and taverns open till late hours. A walk to the hill Paliokastro, where the ancient city of Flygonion was built, its ruins coexisting with the chapel of Agios Nektarios, will reward you with the panoramic view of the Corinthian gulf, Parnassos and the mountains of Peloponnese.
