Drinking Spots

My favorite is the brewery b/c I love beer - haha. But all of these are great :)
My fave. Awesome local brewery. They have their own food truck (@eatsaborcito) and the food is BOMB. It's a family friendly place - they have high chairs & changing station in bathroom. I've gone often with my family & children (they have a bunch of board games too!) Wednesdays are Loteria night (sort of like a Mexican Bingo) & Thursdays are Trivia Nights with prizes. I recommend starting with the flight to taste all the seasonal flavors - the beertenders are all so helpful! Also you have to try the beer SLUSHIES!!

Bar + Arcade. Honestly what's cooler than that? Their beer & liquor selection is impressive and the games are super fun. Very casual & fun environment. Classic arcade games + newer ones. Pinball, PacMan, Mortal Kombat & so so much more.

Anyone fancy a Vacation? This little bar is one of my favorite spots in Downtown. The decor is so beautiful and the drinks are delicious. Their specialty are their crafted cocktails inspired by the owner's traveling all over the world. Honestly - go check it out. You won't be disappointed. If not for the decor alone - at least go try the Santa Ana Cocktail.

Best Santa Ana Restaurants & Coffee Spots

We’re close to a lot of great restaurants and delicious coffee - here are my favorites :D
Great spot for lunch or dinner. It's a literature themed restaurant - so cute. Their happy hour is pretty solid. Weekdays 3-6pm & Mondays 3-close. The bar is impressive. I'm a sucker for old-fashioneds & their whiskey selection is great. I really really recommend the duck fat fries (thin & crispy) and the truffle mac & cheese.

Delicious Mexican food truck - parked in front my favorite brewery. They specialize in seafood, but they have beef options as well. If you like seafood - you have to come try their Ensenada fish tacos and the octopus tacos are the best I've ever had. Double check the hours on their instagram @eatsaborcito Mon: Closed Tues & Wed: 6pm-10pm Thurs: Closed Fri & Sat: 6pm-12am Sun: 12pm-8pm 📍 @cervezacito

DELICIOUS BRUNCH. Heads up, there is usually a bit of a wait on weekend mornings. They serve warm conchas (mexican sweet bread) while you wait to order and I really enjoy their waffles & asada chilaquiles

This is one of my favorite brunch spots. Family-friendly as well - they offer high chairs and depending on where you sit, the seating is cushioned. Their espresso bar is awesome - I especially like the Spiced Chai, not too sweet. Their brunch drinks are also great - I like the Berry Mojito and my friends order the Bloody Maria often. All in all - a delicious option.

Tijuana Style Tacos. Delicious. Handmade pink tortillas - there is always plenty of seating available. Parking can be a little tricky, just because it's downtown. Metered parking is available. I recommend trying the Queso Tacos de Asada or Pastor.

Local Shopping

Santa Ana - home of Suavecito Pomade. LOVE this company. Men & Women's grooming products & cosmetics. I use this product and am so proud the Headquarters are here in my hometown. The store is so RAD. Definitely worth a visit if you or anyone you know is a Suavecito fan (they'll be super jealous you got to visit, trust me)

RAD little store. They sell men's workwear, but recently they've added a lot of women's wear too. They actually have two locations - both in Santa Ana. The downtown store is a tiny little hole in the wall, but it's honestly so cool. I really like how they have it all decorated. I do a lot of my christmas & birthday shopping there haha. The second location is bigger and has a super super cool mural you HAVE to check out. I attached a picture.
