You can pick up a pass for the time you are visiting. They have an indoor pool, hot tub, weight room, fitness classes, yoga, climbing wall, ping pong, racket ball and more. Go check it out!

I love that Animas Mountain is only a short 5 block walk from the house. It is a beautiful hike that takes about 3 hours and gives you amazing views of Durango, the valley and beyond.

If you have a day to explore then take a trip to Telluride. Leave early in the morning and you can be home by dark during the summer months. From Durango, drive North to Silverton, Ouray and then Telluride. We love to hike the Jud Wiebe Trail and have an outdoor lunch at La Cocina De Luz on Main street. Be sure to walk the river trail and take the free Gondola to Mountain Village. There are plenty of shops, galleries and cafes to keep you busy all day. When you are ready to leave take the drive from Telluride to Rico, Dolores, Mancos and back to Durango. A perfect loop that will take you through some of Colorado's most scenic mountains and mining towns.
