The lake is approximately 18 miles long and just over 2 miles wide. The shoreline stretches 220 miles from point to point, and its maximum depth is 62 feet. It has a surface area of 32,873 acres. The lake offers a diverse range of fishing, water sports, boating, birdwatching, and other recreational activities.
