Here is a sumup of the neighborhood I love in the city
A few steps away from the appartment, you can get lost in the montmartre streets and discover it’s magic. I recommend walking everywhere around the neighborhood. Do not hesitate not to take the tourists street and go up where you feel it’s good because there are a lot of ways to get to the sacré cœur. It’s a really peaceful place. Families live here. It’s a free space.

Pigalle is my favorite neighborhood in Paris. The neon lights that are here since the previous century, it’s not just the famous picture of the sex shops, it’s a vibe. There are a lot of restaurants and amazing bars where you can meet awesome people. The food is amazing, cocktails too. There is a party and fun vibe here. It’s a safe place. Quartier Pigalle
Pigalle is my favorite neighborhood in Paris. The neon lights that are here since the previous century, it’s not just the famous picture of the sex shops, it’s a vibe. There are a lot of restaurants and amazing bars where you can meet awesome people. The food is amazing, cocktails too. There is a party and fun vibe here. It’s a safe place. Everyone know each other, even if you meet strippers clubs , no one would harm anyone here.
This is a super family friendly neighborhood. You can have a walk through the neighborhood, through the park, visit la Mouzaia and it’s amazing colorful houses . A lot of bars and cook shops top rue de Belleville. Down buttes.Chaumont you will find Belleville. I love this place. It’s the “Asia” county, lots of shops, food, restaurants, really cool , down the Belleville street. Bars like café Cherie or follies Belleville in which Parisian go.

You should take the subway from pigalle and go out at Stalingrad. Here you walk from the great coupole, along the Ourcq canal. There is paris plages, lots a kid friendly places, lots of bars. I recommend : pavillon des canaux for a chill tea, eat amazing corean food at KOKO, le bar ourcq to play pétanque and have a drink, and you should definitely rent a boat “les marins d’eau douce” online for two hours to have a lovely ride. I really love this place.

Personally I love an old corean and not fancy at all karaoke called “starking”. Food is bad, everything is in corean but it’s fun. By pigalle you have a few too, La Noche is a good place.

Subway & taxi & bikes
Subway is great in Paris, you can go anywhere using it. You should pay for a pass versus getting tickets each time. I recommend using bikes vs Uber and taxis that are expensive in the city. The use of electric trottinette 🛴 is dangerous, there is a lot of people using them the wrong way, many accidents.
