It's a short walk from my house and owned by famous French chef Raymond Blanc. Both the food and the atmosphere are really good.

The special place is in a "secret" garden in the middle of Bushy Park. It's a haven for families, particularly those with young children. The food is simple but good.

It serves really good food in the restaurant upstairs above the pub (which also serves bar meals). It's gaining a worthy reputation and is only a minute's walk away.

This is one of THE places to visit whether you are a tourist or not. Steeped in English Tudor history, it's only a 20 minute walk across Bushy Park and both the palace and gardens are magnificent. The gardens also host the world famous Hampton Court Flower Show every July and the Music Festival in June.

Parks & Nature
It's only 5 minutes walk away and the most glorious park with 2 herds of deer (Red and Fallow) roaming freely. You can also walk through the park to Kingston-upon-Thames within 30 minutes. Much nicer than getting the train or bus.

Getting Around
Just a couple of minutes walk away, it couldn't be more convenient for frequent trains to Waterloo and easy access to the London Eye, Tate Modern, The South Bank and Theatre land. Plenty of trains home after a late evening out.
