Dining - pubs with decent walks

Food is OK – it is all about the view. The 38-minute steep walk is a bit hard core on the way up, but lovely on the way down. +44 1225 482682 https://www.hareandhoundsbath.com/ Hare & Hounds, Lansdown Rd, Bath BA1 5TJ Go over Brock to Royal Crescent, and right onto Marlborough Buildings. Continue up the hill (called Cavendish Hill, and then Winifred’s Lane). You will pass some stunning crescents (e.g. Somerset Place), and you could meander over down Landsdown Crescent if you had time. Winifred’s turns into Sion road, for some brief respite until you turn left onto Landsdown Road and continue up the hill a decent distance until you pass Kingswood School on the left. Hare and Hounds is on the right with a stunning view to reward your effort getting up there.
