Go for the day - there's lots to do and see. Great fun for all ages.
1.5 miles from property. 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by tram. Suggest you take the tram, its 3 minutes walk from the property and drops you in front of the tower. No parking costs and finding spaces can be difficult.

All the piers have their own uniqueness. Built in Victorian times so those who could not afford to ride on ships and vessels could also enjoy a deck walk on the ocean. They became a magnet for all classes and dressed up 'promenading'. North pier is a good walk and fabulous donuts, ice creams, Fish & Chips and an Irish pub right at the entrance.

Walk or Cycle the upper level (grass & gardens) Northwards, and return Southwards via the lower level (ocean side). Very flat terrain and tarmac tracks make it easy for cyclists.
Also great for sea fishing on the lower level, particularly when there is a calm high tide in the evenings.
