virgin beaches are still possible .... plus fishing, surf, kayak and snorkel. this is a very secluded paradise. this is the way to the Golfo de Chriqui and its islands. it is kids friendly but i suggest they must know how to swim.

this is a small town at the valley of the Baru Volcan (which you can hike if you want). this town is a marvellous place to visit as there are many culinary options. it is 45 minutes away from David, expect some discomfort because of the altitude and the coolness relative to David
