We live in a central but quiet neighborhood surrounded with private most one story homes. We have no crime or drama around. Most of the neighbors are known for a long time and they are all nice and friendly. Restaurants and Grocery Shops are minutes away and also the Islands Matlacha and Pine Island. Cape Coral Beach is 15 min. away. Fort Myers Beach 40 min.

- If you visit in the SUMMER, go to the beach in the morning!
In the afternoon go shopping or plan some indoor activities, because the most Thunderstorms are coming in the afternoon.
- If you visit in the WINTER, go to the beach in the midday or afternoon! Go shopping in the Morning, because the air get's warmer in the 2nd half of the day!
