I don't recommend sliding on the rocks. Most people enjoy jumping off the rock ledge into the cold mountain water. My kids and their friends love doing this.

Looking for a half-day hike? This is a must. A 100 steps takes you to the bottom of the Gorge. Follow the river. If it's summer you'll want to slide down the huge rock into the lagoon.

This place is breathtaking. See how, over thousands of years, the river has created little round pools in the rocks. You will probably be the only visitor. Most people don't know about this place. Bring a picnic and explore. You can hike, climb on the rocks, swim or just relax.
