Sightseeing
This park is a great place to take a walk and see the beauty of the wetlands. With loops that vary from less than a mile to more than 5 miles, there is something for everyone (and you might see a gator too!) For birders, this is definitely the place to be!

Despite damage to the trail which led to closures in some places, it is still worth heading out to Payne's Prairie to see what you can see. On a good day, that will be tons of gators and even horses, along with a historic ranch.
