Here you will find an eclectic bar & shopping scene. A large assortment of cuisine and shopping, sights are nearby to the house. Asado & Primo are great places to eat on 6th Ave if you are wanting something for a date night.
K street is one of the main streets in the historic district. K street offers a neighborhood staple- the local pub, Hanks. Don’t miss Hanks. Check out the gorgeous wood cover ceiling and old beer can collection. Taco Tuesdays are busy and the tacos are very good! $1 each it’s filling and fun! The K street laundromat which is diagonal from Hanks is super clean, owned locally, and a great option for getting your laundry done all at the same time.

I have personally eaten at all these restaurants - they are excellent and the service local and friendly. I am a foodie so these places hit the mark!

This restaurant offers excellent high end food, amazing appetizers and happy hour nibbles. They are accepting in-person dining during Covid 19, but I would suggest calling ahead.
