This place is pretty great! They've been in Mission Beach for over 11 years and has a wonderfully beachy down home feel! Great for breakfast or lunch! They just opened a new bakery and coffee spot right across the street as well. I love grabbing my morning coffee there! The walnut rolls at the bakery are off the hook as well! Must try!

Probably my favorite place in Mission Beach for margaritas or tropical drinks. Great happy hour, end of beach day spot! And they've for sure the best french fries in town! Ask for a skinny margarita! You'll not be sorry!

Just 2 miles north of Mission Beach in Pacific Beach, I highly recommend The Fishery for when you're craving a better, more high end meal. It's delicious and on many best of San Diego lists.

Some of the best hiking in town is about 5 miles from Mission Beach! It's absolutely stunning! I suggest taking one of the trails in Torrey Pines down to Blacks Beach. You'll love it!

Voted one of America's best parks, Balboa Park is packed with so much to see and do that you would be hard pressed to experience it all in one day. Some of SD's best museums are located in Balboa Park. And the architecture is perfection!
