Great art, music, food, and craft brewery scene. Deep Ellum Brewery is one of my favorite breweries around. Harlowe has great craft cocktails, and Deep Sushi is the best sushi in town at a reasonable price.

AA Center is located less than 10 minutes away from the house. House is a great location if you are coming into town for a Mavericks or Stars game.

Parks & Nature
Dallas' iconic suspension bridge is less than a mile away! There is a walking bridge that runs along the side of this iconic monument and is great for pictures. A couple miles worth of trails run below the bridge itself, so a great place to run or take a walk.
