Pick a book to read in one of the comfy club chairs or the chesterfield leather sofa. Sip a glass of wine on the porch. Bluetooth Bose speaker, a library of board games and DVDs, or stream Netflix/Hulu over fiber optic WiFi - there is a smart TV in every bedroom and in the living room. Stocked with luxury linens for bed/bath... I normally check guests in to show them where everything is and to get oriented - then leave to to enjoy yourselves. The home is in a great location, nested right at the trailhead of the Purple Martin Greenway, yet right off 221 and just minutes from downtown. Walk out of the front door and simply meander, or follow the trail all the way to downtown. The Equestrian Center is just a short drive, and Lake Lure is not far away. Large parking area outside the house - will accommodate an RV, trailer or multiple vehicles.
