We have a large driveway and there is plenty of room to park your boat, personal watercraft or trailer if you choose to dock your boat for the weekend. It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

The Little Brown Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful, 1950's cottage in Russell Springs. One bedroom has a queen sized bed & the other bedroom has a full sized bed. There is a full bathroom accessible through the master bedroom with a vintage tub & shower combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room. There are doorbell cameras but we will turn them off upon check-in. There is a large television in the living room but each bedroom has its own television with free high speed Wi-Fi.

We are located within 2 miles of Lindsey Wilson University, between Green River Lake and Lake Cumberland and within one mile of the Cumberland Pkwy. We are ready to welcome guests who are in town for events, visiting family, vacationing, or just passing through! We look forward to taking care of you while you’re traveling!
