The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Peace and space in nature 1 - For young and old

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Nouvellement aménagé avec son espace bien-être (comprenant piscine intérieure, jacuzzi et sauna), ses chambres confortables, sa cuisine ultra-équipée et son salon-détente, le gîte vous comblera par la chaleur de ses murs en pierre et en argile. Il est entouré d'un jardin aménagé avec terrasse, lagunage, étang, verger. Il est à proximité du grand bois et de commerces.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Dit sinds mei 2022 geheel nieuw buitenverblijf inclusief privé hottub is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de echte rust en natuurliefhebber, fietser of wandelaar. In april 2023 is dit verblijf nog unieker geworden door de aangelegde natuurtuin. Hier kan men in alle rust genieten van alles wat de natuur te bieden heeft. Voel je vrij om hier een wandeling door heen te maken Centraal gelegen in het heuvelland ten opzichte van Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gulpen en Aken.

Ideal for a return to basics, with all the desired comfort, the Chaumont is a family house of character located in a green setting. The Chaumont is suitable for families with children: games - hut - bike path - wifi. Wide possibilities of excursions: Spa (15 minutes), Haute-fagnes (25 minutes), Liège (40 minutes). Capacity: maximum 7 to 8 adults + 4 to 5 children. No parties with too many drinks or drugs.

Das Ferienhaus ist Teil von einem ehemaliger Bauernhof. Wir haben zwei Ferienhäuser, eins für 8 und eins für 10 Personen und eine neu sanierte Ferienwohnung. Die zwei Häuser liegen freistehend auf einen Hügel in ruhiger Lage am Waldrand. Die Häuser sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und durch die großen Terrassentüren lichtdurchflutet mit Traum-Aussicht. Alleine schon der Aussicht lasst die Seele baumeln!
