Lacey Cottage

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Round Rock, this entire guest house is comfortable & centrally-located. Use it as a launchpad for exploring Central TX from downtown, Dell Diamond, the Round Rock Sports Multiplex and Kalahari Resort - just 25 minutes from Downtown Austin. The guest house shares the property with our home so we’ll be close by should you need anything. Please note: The kitchen does not have an oven. Salt and Pepper are provided but no cooking oil, coffee or other food items

Stay in a luxurious loft in the barn constructed with whitewashed shiplap and rustic timbers. Big oversized windows and view the stables and pasture. The oversized cowboy bathtub is a converted water trough. This space features an open floor plan that includes 2 queen plus 1 twin size beds, a kitchenette and entertainment center. Vaulted ceilings make for a cozy stay.

2600 sq ft home away from home. New carpet and flooring. 4 bed/3 bath with a bonus game room upstairs. All the bedrooms are downstairs. 3 tvs with cable and a 4th tv ready for you to attach your laptop to, keyless entry, patio grill and a foosball table. The kitchen has all the cooking tools for a big group. Black out curtains have been a guest favorite. It has beds for 8 but there is plenty of room for other guests . A quick 20 mile freeway ride to Austin and the events.
