We are situated 10 minutes drive from the town center and at the door step of the famous Skyline skyride attraction and Mitai Māori Village. Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. The guesthouse is set in our back garden along with our 4 chooks & our 8 year old Golden Lab Rex 🐶. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & basic ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, a small smart TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & ample love for our wee rustic home.

Set in beautiful Lynmore with a 2 min walk to the Redwood Forest🌲 where you will find world famous walking/bike tracks & a Crankworx Pump Track 🚲 The Good Eastern Taphouse 🍺, Bakery, Resturants, Pharmacy & Motion Entertainment are all within walking distance, as is the famous Redwood tree top walk 🌲& I-site. The Blue Lake is 5 mins drive, carry on another 10 mins for world class Trout fishing 🎣at Lake Tarawera (fishing can be arranged just ask us!) This is where your adventures begin!

We love Rotorua & want you to love it too. So many things on our door step, choosing what to do can be hardest part, but we are happy to help. World class mountain biking trails in the Whakawerawera forest - only a 10minute cycle, central city in a 20min walk down the road and the choice of 2 golf courses close by. Hard to walk past the amazing boutique bakery, which is just around the corner. We hope our cosy bed for the night, helps your explore Rotorua and you love it as much as we do!

Our studio is located central to Rotorua township, tourist attractions, redwood forest & much more. You have full access to your own fully self-contained private studio with separate entrance. Enjoy the views into our manicured garden from your private patio. Our quiet street offers secure parking onsite (storage for bikes/sports equipment), short walking distances to supermarkets, local shops, easy access to bus routes. Excellent choice for solo travelers, couples, business travelers.

The Penthouse Studio at Lake Tarawera

This spacious studio apartment is set in native bush at Lake Tarawera, at the back of a lake-front property. However, it does have great views of the lake. It has one main room which includes a kitchen area, a dining room table, a lounge and beds and there's a separate bathroom. It is accessed up a flight of stairs with a laundry for use downstairs. Wifi is available. There is an outdoor patio, with comfortable furniture, sun umbrella and magnificent views across the lake to the mountain.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Newly renovated studio tucked away in the back corner of our property provides a quiet private sanctuary to unwind. Central city is a 25min walk or 5 min uber or bus ride. Just around the corner from us is a boutique bakery, coffee shop, laundry mat, Convenience store & fish & chip shop. We hope you enjoy our cosy bed for the night.
