Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. The Entire Hook-N-Ladder Lodge of Houghton Lake.

Our rental cottages are a very unique set-up. We offer a side by side duplex, both are directly on the water. This is a GREAT set-up to bring the in laws or family friends. Open your front door and look out the large living room windows to the beautiful waterfront. The private lakefront consists of 75’ on the water, 100’ foot of dock, very sandy bottom great for swimming, bon fire pit and much, much more. This listing is for entire duplex, (2 cottages).

This charming, recently remodeled cottage on the east bay of Houghton Lake offers stunning sunset views and a sandy beach. Perfect for extended stays, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, and the rental includes 2 kayaks for added fun. The cottage features 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a Murphy Bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. Please note, the dock is not available for use. Enjoy a relaxed check-out time until 11 AM.
