Very quiet area at a doorstep of the festive ( and noisy!) city center.

The palmy and picturesque Plaza Castellon (30 meters away) offers a cheap bar and terrace ROVIRA : perfect to enjoy a few tapas and drinks, mixing up with the locals.

At a 5 minutes walk, in the barrio EL PLA, and plaza PIE XII, you will find shops, supermarkets, local mercado, bars and many restaurants, mostly frequented by locals.

Plaza de Toros ( bull ring), Auditorio, festive Barrio SANTA CRUZ, Mercado Central, MARQ museum, Las Cigarreras Cultural Center and most of ALICANTE 's mains attractions are located at 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

I used to be the manager and owner of a small Information Technology company. This was a while ago. Since the last four years, i dedicate my time on sailing on my 45 feet sailboat. After a big tour in the Atlantic : Senegal, Brazil, Colombia, i am now back in Europe. I shall be sailing in the Balearic the whole summer 2015. Meanwhile i am happy to propose my ALICANTE home in ABNB. I have made it to my taste and i hope you will appreciate it as well.
