The house has a two-car private garage and that is the only onsite parking available. Additional vehicles or vehicles that exceed the height or length of the garage will need to pay for overnight parking at a town parking lot.

Guests cannot park in the driveway- doing so will block garages to other properties and offending vehicles will be towed.

There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended.

This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft.

Icy and snowy conditions do exist at the property so guests must be careful when walking and driving.

The hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.

Town of Breck noise ordinance is in place from 11pm-7am.

Please do not wear shoes on the carpet.

Please keep all skis, snowboards and equipment in the garage and do not bring in the main part of the house

Do not build a fire of any kind outside.

Do not feed wildlife or leave trash outside.

Summit County Public Health Order dated January 20th, 2021 limits occupancy at short-term rentals to 10 people maximum from no more than two households:

Limitations on Public and Private Gatherings:

a. Pursuant to section II.E. of the CDPHE PHO 20-36, public and private gatherings are limited to no more than 10 individuals from no more than 2 households when not otherwise regulated as a specific section or activity in Section III of the CDPHE PHO 20-36. Nothing in this Order prohibits the gathering of members living in the same residence. Individuals at risk of
Severe Illness from COVID-19 are strongly advised to remain at home as much as possible.

b. The prohibition applies to short term lodging. For purposes of this Order, “shortterm lodging” shall include but is not limited to campgrounds (whether private or government operated), reserved camping sites, hotels, motels, and short term lodging accommodation rentals of 30 days or less (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, timeshares, RV parks, bed and breakfasts, condo-tels, lodges and retreats).

12. Requirements for Short-Term Lodging Operations. Owners and/or entities responsible for the booking and renting of short-term lodging units must confirm renters are aware of and are in compliance with the gathering size limits mandating by CDPHE PHO 20-36. Such confirmation should be made by requiring renters sign, initial, or check-mark a document indicating they are aware of and in compliance with the gathering size limits.

I live nearby and only come by if requested. The hot tub requires service during longer stays and you may see me shoveling outside during big storms.
