You and your group will definitely enjoy all of the on-site resort amenities that include swimming pools and a pool area with lounge chairs, a fully equipped fitness room, a furnished patio with shared grills to show off your cooking skills, a balcony with water views, and so much more! Make use of the beach access located right in the pool area for more convenience!

In addition to being located right on the beach, this complex is right across the street from Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Visit other attractions, such as the Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf, and dine out at the Firefly Restaurant or Harpoon Harry’s. Explore all the exciting options that the area has to offer within walking distance of your condo!

Things to know:
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the Property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

Parking Notes: Parking spaces are not dedicated. Parking Garage is underneath the building. Guests may park anywhere in the garage. Once guests have checked in, they will need to display their parking pass at all times while in the garage. There is a max of 2 vehicles per unit. No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rentable Mini Vehicles, Boats or Trailers allowed on property.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Water Access:

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
