Your room is in a spacious 4 BR home where each room is rented out individually. We all are a friendly group of hard working people from all across the globe and keep the house quiet and clean.
Your room has a full size bed, dresser, desk and smart TV.
We are only 5 minutes from I-35 or I-240, 10 minutes to OKC downtown and just 15-20 minutes to Norman.

Eignin
This is an affordable accommodation for the modest person who appreciates sleeping in a stylish private place where not all is perfect hotel-like but where you get added conveniences that even a hotel does not include. It is a shared home where we live.

We have high speed WiFi (no cable) so may do your work on the computer or find entertainment using your streaming device. There is also a smart TV . Watch local channels via antenna or log in to your favorite streaming channels and you may watch Netflix or your favorite programs.
Your share the bathroom with two guys and a gal (though she has her own half bath and uses the common bath only to take shower).

On a side note:
The City of Del City requires that residents are registered with their office. This is as simple as adding you to our short term lease and taking it to the City. I allow easy cancellation in case your plans should change. Just give me a one weeks notice,
Asking for $100 refundable deposit.

It is a quiet street with little traffic.
You are just minutes away from highways going each direction . No matter if you want to explore Student life in Norman or check out the vibrant OKC Downtown/Bricktown, you travel just about 15 minutes to each.
Some pre-judgmental visitors have devalued our place because we are not living in the center of Where-all-is-happening or in commercially maintained shopping center zone. But our area is a friendly residential neighborhood, it is safe to stay with us, we are lucky to enjoy different cultures and a variety of different ethnic backgrounds . shopping/food is within reach of less than 10 minutes drive. You'd simply go back to I-35, then South till I-240 going west and there you can find all kinds of shopping, restaurants and whatchamacallit....

Welcome to one of our homes. I was born and raised in Germany and came to Oklahoma in 1991 for a "one year" exchange at the University of Oklahoma. A few years (oh well, decades) later I call it here my (Okla)Home(a). While I am a Chemical Engineer "by trade" I am now a "free lancer" in real estate. Besides regular rental homes I also have a few homes in the OKC Metro Area that are designated to accommodating Airbnb guests and travelers, may it be a day or a week or a year... Most homes are pet-free except for the place were I live. I have "fallen victim" to the current dog-throw-away society crisis and rescue dogs from shelters that are on death row. So If you dare to share a place with German Shepherds (I have six of my own plus an ever so increasing number of rescues) I invite you to to stay at my Dog Lovers Home in Moore. May be you fall in love with one and the option to adopt is open?
Our general all applying house rules are simple:
Respect everyone's privacy and leave the place the way you found it.
We do not allow smoking inside our homes (outside is fine) and absolutely no recreational drugs on the entire premises. While medical marijuana is legal in Oklahoma, but the foul odor is too invasive and disturbing so I will not allow any use thereof on my properties, nor any storage, nor trading, nor sharing of any marijuana products. I very much appreciate your kind respect

One more thing: Airbnb stands for AirMattress BnB, not A-Inn-Rated BnB. I am still holding true to the original way of Airbnb were you are invited to stay in our HOMES and NOT a Hotel or what ever kinda flamboyant vacation resort you may have in mind. Our places are simple, functional and provide all basics you may need to "survive", make your stay comfortable at a yet still affordable rate. While we thrive to keep the places at good repair, orderly and clean it is helpful to please keep in mind that our homes are shared with others and we depend on everyone doing their part to keep it that way. With costs so ever increasing we still self manage our homes and have family based cleaning assistance and maintenance crew so we can keep your stay budget friendly for you. With that said, if you are seeking fancy schmanzy schnick schnack accommodation, may be my places are not for you. If you want/need Hotel Service just please go there (or seek higher priced Airbnb categories) where you pay for all you won't need but still get charged extra. But if you appreciate no-nonsense down to earth stays then please be my guest !
