Beautiful, bright and quiet apartment.
Modern with a nice big terrace-like balcony. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and dishes.
The 2-room apartment is located in a multi-family house with separate entrance.
The apartment is fully furnished, a lift is also available.
To ensure all major entertainment devices like TV, stereo, radio, etc. are at your disposal.
The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine.
I myself live in the house, too.
The double bed has dimensions of 160x200cm and a sofa-bed with 120x200cm in size. There are hardwood floors throughout (except kitchen and bathroom). Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Landlady speaks English, too.
For Oktoberfest, please only families.
ATTENTION:
The apartment is being renovated - will therefore be very different than it is marked on the images (more colorful). Please ask for more information! ;-)
